There are days when you feel tired and life seems to be a continuous stream of events that never cease and you may wonder how to get motivated in those kinds of situations.
If you feel tired and unmotivated, stop for a while…
Now change your position, any movement is fine.

What do you want to achieve within the next week?
What do you want to accomplish next month?
What are you planning to do for the next 6 months?
Write your goals on a piece of paper and stick them to the wall somewhere where you are forced to see them every day.

Make sure you set goals that will truly excite you!
Add a clear deadline next to every goal, this will help you stay focused so you don’t waste energy.
Now take a piece of paper and write down 20 reasons why you’re 100 percent positive that your goal is achievable and that you will reach it no matter what.
Next to each goal write down the fundamental importance to achieve it. Often, having a big reason why you want to achieve your goals is much more important than how to achieve them. Remember, if you have a big enough why you will figure out how to get there.
Find a friend or family member and let them know that you have placed this goal within reach and that you will achieve it by a certain date.
Having explicitly stated your goal and holding yourself accountable, will give your brain a boost of motivation to be sure that you will do everything you need to do to achieve it.
Now break down your monthly goals into daily goals and make sure you include them in your calendar, the very act of writing them on your calendar will make them real!

Now visualize your goals and ask yourself the following question: how would i feel if I had already solved all of my barriers to the obtainment of this goal?
If I had all the resources I need to achieve these goals in the shortest amount of time, how would I feel?
Imagine you have already achieved these goals and are as strong as a force of nature, feel this powerful energy inside of you now! Live as if you have already met accomplished goals!
Imagine the sense of completeness and happiness you would feel if you had already achieved these goals, and realize that the most beautiful thing in this process is that you are going to achieve them soon! Feel the excitement in every cell of your body right now!

Be prepared to handle the unexpected!

Often when setting goals, one imagines that everything will go exactly as expected.
Unfortunately, the events of life and the various unexpected situations lead us to have to face obstacles that we had not considered, and to sample a range of emotions that can sometimes adversely affect our performance.

How can you manage to get motivated regardless of the events that happen in your life?

Ask yourself: What are the most common obstacles to achieving my goal?
Now write down what solutions could be implemented if these obstacles arise.
If anything unexpected happens in your life, ask yourself the following question: How can I solve this problem in the best way possible and stay motivated no matter what?
Write down a list of solutions and make sure to implement them.
